Refining with Red Label "selection" Guérande salt

ALL COMTE CHEESES ARE RIPENED, as soon as they enter the RIVOIRE-JACQUEMIN cellars with Guérande salt.
The Montmorot salt mines being closed for many years, we have adopted "Guérande salt" for our ripening needs. This French salt, with its Red Label, collected by hand, by salt-marsh workers in the region of... Guérande, is very rich in trace elements (giving it its special taste) and is free from anti-caking additives, thus is very natural.

This salt is also approved for refining products coming from organic farming.
