New, pre-packaged Comté cheese from Rivoire-Jacquemin

The pre-packaged Rivoire-Jacquemin Comté cheese benefits from the Label of Controlled Origin.

Made exclusively in small Jura cheese dairies, its traditional ripening, of at least 6 months, carried out exclusively in our Jura cellars, has remained in compliance with the know-how codified five generations ago by the founders of our firm.

As soon as the Comté cheese wheel enters our cellars and throughout ripening, we use only red label salt gathered in the Guérande salt marshes.
