Born in the middle of the 19th century, at the time the internal combustion engine was being invented, our firm is now entering the 21st century, with all its new technologies, confidently and calmly. Few firms can claim and prove such long experience in the same field. No other in our profession, our passion : ripening Comté cheese.
Why are we so proud of saying this ?
Because we owe this venerable age to the loyalty of our customers and, every day in our ancient stone cellars, we ripen the best cheese that our Jura mountains can offer especially for them.
